A single-screen neighbourhood theatre at Broadway and Commercial Drive, built in 1938 and run as a mix of repertory cinema and a live room. Beyond film it hosts comedy, burlesque, concerts, talks and festival screenings, with a bar and a balcony-style seating bowl of about 420.
